From the feedback we receive we know that many of you speak favourably of us and the work we do. So we thought it would be a good idea to ask you to spread the word on our behalf and tell all your friends about us.

Of course we wouldn't let such a good deed to go unnoticed. So for each new client introduced to us who signs up to a regular contract, we'll give a case of wine to whoever recommended them. It's our way of saying thanks.

How does it work?

If you know someone who you think would benefit from our Email Marketing Solutions, then our 'Refer a Friend' promotion means you'll be rewarded for each one that becomes a paying customer. Simple as that.

How do you track who I refer?

With all enquiries we will ask if someone referred them. It is also a good idea for you to let us know who you have recommended us to. Finally, when a customer completes an order we ask them one more time to make sure.

When do I get my wine?

We will order your case of wine once a new client you have referred to us has signed up and made their first monthly payment. It should then be delivered within a couple of days, although we cannot guarantee exactly when it will arrive.

Who is the promotion suitable for?

This promotion is intended for individuals to recommend us to their friends and contacts whose businesses could benefit from email marketing. Please don't just tell a load of random strangers. Although we admire your enthusiasm, we have a feeling that they probably won't be interested.

Terms & Conditions

• To be eligible for a case of wine, the new customer must sign up to an ongoing email marketing contract with Jarrang (subject to minimum value).
• The new customer must enter your details in the box on their order form. We cannot allocate introduction fees after a signed order is received.
• Only one introduction per new customer will be considered.
• You must not send spam emails or make 'cold calls'. If you do so you will not be eligible to participate in the promotion and forfeit all rewards.
• A case of wine consists of 12 bottles of standard size (750ml).
• The wine will be chosen by us and we won't enter into any discussions as to the quality of the selection (although we're pretty sure you won't be disappointed!).
• In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply a case of wine, we will provide you with an alternative reward of similar value.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or arrangement.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice.
