Priyanka has over 18 years of experience within the tech industry, working for companies like Oracle, Return Path/Validity; last 12 years of which has been spent within the Email industry. Priyanka is passionate about all things email, whether its deliverability, strategy or analysis she is always up for rolling her sleeves and digging into the puzzle. Her extensive knowledge of this field have allowed her to repeatedly build high performing service and CSM teams who have continuously had high impacts on client email performance irrespective of sectors.

As the Head of Service Delivery at Jarrang, Priyanka brings a deep understanding and experience on how her team can be delivering top class end to end Email marketing services for Jarrang clients.

Priyanka did her Masters in Biotechnology and later also completed an Award in Email marketing from IDM. She is a thought leader within the email industry and has been a speaker in various events such as Inbox Expo, Validity State of Email, Emarsys revolution, Future of Email, Email and More podcast, Festival of marketing to name a few. Priyanka also has been a DMA judge twice in a row and hopes to continue to share her expertise within the industry.

Having been featured in Women in Tech and We are Tech Women under Inspirational women, Priyanka has shared her thoughts on her experience as a woman herself within the tech industry in the hopes of inspiring more women to take that leap.

In her free time Priyanka is an avid reader, loves to travel- she says she has a wanderlust, and is a passionate foodie who loves to cook and bake! She even has an Excel list full of food recommendations that has been curated for years!
