Jarrang, is proud to announce the successful migration of its long-standing client, Exclusive Collection, from their legacy email service provider (ESP) to the advanced Mapp platform. 

This strategic move marks a significant step forward in Exclusive Collection’s commitment to delivering personalised, data-driven communications that showcases the unique character of their premium hotels, spas, and hospitality experiences.

Email remains at the heart of Exclusive Collection’s marketing strategy, enabling the brand to build meaningful connections with guests, drive loyalty, and highlight the exceptional experiences offered across its award-winning properties.

With a diverse portfolio, including luxury hotels, a renowned cookery school, and a championship golf club, Jarrang can now help shape Exclusive Collection’s email and CRM strategy to fully engage with a wide spectrum of guests, from leisure travellers to corporate clients.
