What an incredible two days in Taunton!
Last week, we brought the Jarrang team together for two days of workshops, training, and (of course) some social time, including the Executive Leadership Team.
This was a huge milestone for us as a business, and it was fantastic to see everyone from both our London and Falmouth offices come together in one place.
Across the two days, we shared ideas, celebrated promotions, and aligned our goals, values, and vision for the future. Most importantly, we focused on how we can continue to evolve to better meet the needs of our clients.
Some of the key takeaways from our time together included:
- A clear shared vision of where we’re headed and how we measure success.
- Recognition of the incredible talent within our team, and how we can best support growth and progression.
- New ways of working together across offices to deliver even greater results for our clients.
- Reinforcement of our company values and how they continue to shape every decision we make.
It was a brilliant mix of celebration and collaboration, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we are building together.
Moments like this underpin our next chapter as we expand our role as a growth-focused Email Marketing & CRM partner.
The future is bright, and I’m excited for the milestones and successes still to come.
